Summary
Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. You will lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring that clients’ data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training.
Responsibilities
- Project Set-up – work with our onboarding team and clients to organize and run kick off meetings, and deliver our implementation. Create, maintain and manage project plans to deliver the successful roll-out of clients.
- Client and Project Management – Support project review calls (internal and external), coordinating and delivering on the project streams. Refer and manage any changes to the scope of work and delivery schedule.
- Payroll Process Requirements – Define and set-up the agreed client payroll processes, establishing all of the payroll and data requirements. Ensure each client payroll calendar is managed timely and effectively.
- Documentation - Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process documentation.
- System set-up and parallel payroll process – define, agree and configure all interfaces, reports and systems configurations to successfully deliver the parallel and live payroll for month 1 and 2, if applicable.
- Go-live transition, Sign-off and documentation – Work with the client to sign-off on the project and document all of the client specific needs and processes ensuring validation and confirmation on the project implementation. Responsible for generating reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
- Reports- Mapping of GL reports if required
- Communication – Act as the point of contact for all payroll project matters for the client.
- The role is primarily autonomous and will set priorities and manage the project appropriately. Regular status reporting to senior leadership is required, with this role taking ownership for appropriately escalating issues where necessary. Schedule and attend weekly client calls to report on project status, identifying any risks, actions, issues and dependencies
- Project Management - Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of a global payroll system, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Client Management - Gather key requirements from clients to facilitate the onboarding process, and guide them through the technical payroll aspects of onboarding in a professional, clear manner.
- Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather payroll requirements
- Compliance - Ensure that all payroll processes adhere to local tax and labor laws, keeping up-to-date with any changes.
- Data Migration - Oversee the migration of payroll data from legacy systems to the new global payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Testing - Develop and execute a comprehensive testing plan to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring a smooth transition to the new payroll system.
- Change Management - Implement change management strategies to ensure a seamless transition for employees and HR teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across your designated location.
- Experience with payroll systems and software.
- Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst with extensive experience in HR technology to join Deel’s People Technology team. This is a hands-on role that combines systems knowledge, People process understanding, and strong stakeholder management skills.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our internal People teams and our Product teams. While supporting day-to-day system-related projects using Deel’s People platform, you will have the opportunity to drive internal adoption and enhance the functionality of the Deel ATS, Deel Payroll, and other Deel products.
You will also collaborate closely with our People TA and Payroll team to manage daily Deel People administration, support organizational restructuring, and ensure we are maximizing the potential of our documents product.
This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence our internal HR technology ecosystem and support Deel's internal product development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Product & Engineering Team Collaboration: Work closely with the People Success and Compensation teams to understand product needs for how Deel utilizes the Deel ATS, Payroll, and other Deel products, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams that influences internal product development, assisting in new feature testing, and collaborating with our own people team to maximize usage and gather additional feedback.
- Organizational Structure Management: Support and execute organizational structure changes within the system to ensure hierarchy accuracy, reporting reliability, and seamless change management.
- System Administration & Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for Deel People, including ATS, Payroll, and other modules.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for stakeholders, balancing technical solutions with business needs.
- Implementation & Configuration: Partner with People, Product, and other teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations.
- Training & Documentation: Document and deliver training, support, and communication for people system enhancements to the people team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on HRIS and ATS configuration and administration, with a big focus on ATS systems and tools, payroll, and similar tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Broad HR technology knowledge, including integrations, data flows, and reporting.
- Process Familiarity: Familiarity with people processes such as onboarding, performance, compensation cycles, and compliance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication and people skills — able to translate technical topics into clear business language.
- Mindset: Adaptability and a team-player mindset — thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Global Experience: Experience working in a global company is a plus.
Product Focus: Bonus points for experience with HR product development, SaaS systems, or supporting transitions between people platforms.

Summary
Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. You will lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring that clients’ data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. - Payroll Process Requirements – Define and set-up the agreed client payroll processes, establishing all of the payroll and data requirements. Ensure each client payroll calendar is managed timely and effectively.
- Documentation - Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process documentation.
- System set-up and parallel payroll process – define, agree and configure all interfaces, reports and systems configurations to successfully deliver the parallel and live payroll for month 1 and 2, if applicable.
- Go-live transition, Sign-off and documentation – Work with the client to sign-off on the project and document all of the client specific needs and processes ensuring validation and confirmation on the project implementation. Responsible for generating reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
- Reports- Mapping of GL reports if required
- Communication – Act as the point of contact for all payroll project matters for the client.
- The role is primarily autonomous and will set priorities and manage the project appropriately. Regular status reporting to senior leadership is required, with this role taking ownership for appropriately escalating issues where necessary. Schedule and attend weekly client calls to report on project status, identifying any risks, actions, issues and dependencies
- Project Management - Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of a global payroll system, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Client Management - Gather key requirements from clients to facilitate the onboarding process, and guide them through the technical payroll aspects of onboarding in a professional, clear manner.
- Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather payroll requirements
- Compliance - Ensure that all payroll processes adhere to local tax and labor laws, keeping up-to-date with any changes.
- Data Migration - Oversee the migration of payroll data from legacy systems to the new global payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Testing - Develop and execute a comprehensive testing plan to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring a smooth transition to the new payroll system.
- Change Management - Implement change management strategies to ensure a seamless transition for employees and HR teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across your designated location.
- Experience with payroll systems and software.

- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Payroll Associate is a seasoned payroll professional responsible for maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence of global payroll functions. This role focuses on payroll data validation, system governance, reporting, and advanced analytics. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
GLOBAL PAYROLL DATA COLLECTION & VALIDATION
- Lead end-to-end validation of payroll data across all regions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for payroll execution.
- Perform reconciliations, proactively identify discrepancies, and drive timely resolution.
- Support preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
Payroll Calendar, Documentation & Controls Management
- Maintain global payroll calendars and support the Global Payroll Programs & Product Manager in integrating regulatory or procedural changes into SOPs.
- Ensure operational controls—including approval workflows, audit checkpoints, and compliance reviews—are consistently applied across all data validation processes.
- Prepare and provide documentation to support audits, compliance reviews, and governance initiatives.
PAYROLL OPERATIONS & KEY STAKEHOLDER LIAISON
- Serve as the primary interface between internal payroll teams, regional operations, external vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on operational requirements, coordinate deliverables, and ensure alignment on timelines, processes, and compliance.
PAYROLL PRODUCT & TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP
- Collaborate with the Global Payroll Programs & Product Manager, Product, Engineering, and Payroll teams to implement system enhancements, process automation, and country/entity expansions.
- Identify system gaps, support troubleshooting of complex payroll system issues, assist with testing, and ensure production readiness prior to rollout or changes.
PAYROLL INITIATIVES, COMPLIANCE & AUDIT SUPPORT
- Support global payroll initiatives, including process improvements, system updates, automation, and new entity implementations.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation, explaining processes, and ensuring control compliance.
- Maintain a payroll records library to ensure consistent and orderly record-keeping.
- Support M&A activities by managing payroll data migration, employee transitions, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate integration.
DATA ANALYTICS, INSIGHTS & REPORTING
- Analyze payroll data to detect anomalies, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure all payroll data and reports meet accuracy, compliance, and operational standards.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are correctly loaded and posted, providing the payroll processing teams with full, validated data to proceed efficiently with subsequent payroll cycles.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 3–5 years of progressive payroll or related experience, preferably in multi-country or global payroll environments.

Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Field Marketing Manager to support Deel's growth across DACH & Benelux. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of Deel's field marketing programs (mainly events and webinars) treating each activation as an integrated campaign with clear pipeline objectives, from initial awareness to post-event nurture and revenue impact.

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of Deel's DACH & Benelux field marketing portfolio, including regional trade shows, industry conferences, executive dinners, sales acceleration events, and webinars.
- Approach every event and webinar as a fully integrated campaign, defining target audiences, coordinating pre-event demand generation, managing onsite or live execution, and driving structured post-event follow-up and nurture.
- Develop localised messaging and assets in collaboration with regional lead, product marketing, content, and creative teams, ensuring regional relevance and brand consistency
- Partner with SDR and Sales leadership to maximise lead conversion and ensure tight alignment between event activity and pipeline outcomes
- Manage all operational aspects of the program: vendor relationships, budget tracking, logistics, and onsite delivery
- Align with the Partner Events Manager on co-marketing activations and partner-sponsored events
- Define and own KPIs for all regional programs, with a focus on pipeline contribution, engagement quality, and ROI
- Use performance data and sales feedback to continuously refine the regional event and webinar strategy, format selection, and campaign approach
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in field marketing, with deep expertise in event and webinar management within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to run events and webinars as integrated marketing campaigns — not just logistics, but full-funnel programs with measurable impact
- Strong understanding of demand generation principles and how field marketing activity connects to pipeline and revenue
- Analytical mindset: comfortable defining success metrics, building reports, and translating data into strategic recommendations

Responsibilities
- Managing a growing team of OBMs who help customers with onboarding. Recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
- Responsible for team motivation, and individual personal development
- Help to set KPIs for the team, and ensure that team reaches KPIs
- Becoming an expert user of the Deel platform and ensuring that team is also becoming an expert. Jump on any related escalation, help the team deal with difficult customers and complicated cases, and drive to resolution.
- Driving initiatives that are impacting cross-onboarding teams, and facilitating improvement of Customer journeys holistically
- Partnering with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience
- Suggesting and implementing ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation. Lead key initiatives and internal projects.
- Providing training, feedback, and coaching to the onboarding managers for continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success for a B2B SaaS product.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on anticipating next steps.
- High attention to detail with the ability to design organized onboarding plans.
- Customer-focused with experience building strong customer relationships.
- Team player with experience working in diverse teams.
- Strong communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly in writing, presentations, and verbally.

Summary
You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel.

Responsibilities
- Accounts: The CSM will be responsible for a high volume small spend accounts in our MM segment.
- Risk: Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn.
- Relationships: Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
- Product: Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
- Responsible for providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.
- Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention.
Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
- Have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners’ successes with them
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, you may not be a SQL expert, but you enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and synthesizing raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. You enjoy fast-paced environments, aren’t deterred by setbacks or pivots, and thrive in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility
- Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g., had success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, or won competitive awards
- Have a strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
